The neighborhood, which is accessible from CR 26 as well as CR 235 near Canterbury Equestrian, is convenient to both Newberry, Jonesville and NW Gainesville.

A drive to Tioga Town Center is approximately 10 minutes from Newberry Oaks. North Florida, I-75 access and a variety of shopping and dining destinations are approximately 20 minutes from the neighborhood.
