Grantwood

Grantwood is located in southwest Gainesville and was built in the early 1980's and further developed and upgraded through 2007.  Each unit contains 2 beds and 2 baths, and they range in size from 900 to 1400 square feet. It is a gated community that includes a pool. 

Grantwood is a short drive from many popular restaurants like Peach Valley Cafe, Blaze Pizza, and Bonefish Grill.  It is also centered around many nearby parks like Green Acres Park, Bivens Arm Nature Park, and Loblolly Woods Nature Park.  It is only ten minutes from the University of Florida.  Other schools in the area include Idylwild Elementary School, Kanapaha Middle School, and Eastside High School.
