The new Whole Foods store just opened their doors in Gainesville on May 9th! Whole Foods is located at
3490 SW Archer Road in the Butler Plaza redesigned Butler Town Center. The store includes 42,000 square feet and was originally set to open last fall but was held up with construction issues when tearing down the original structures that were in its place turned out more complicated and time consuming than expected.

The stores’ business hours will be 8am to 10pm seven days a week! This Whole Foods location includes a bakery, Meat department, Seafood, Produce, Frozen section, Whole Body Care, Prepared foods, Beer, wine and a WINE BAR! There are only 249 Master Sommeliers in the world and one of them works here. Devon Broglie and team handpick our wine. The store also includes a patio area with plenty of outdoor seating.

Whole Foods is the largest and one of the best known natural and organic foods supermarket in the United States, with more than 470 stores and 91,000 employees in the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom. Amazon acquired the chain in a deal announced in June and completed in October.
