Its’s been almost six months since we've checked in with Willow Oak Plantation, though not much has changed with the market stats.
With only three homes currently on the market, inventory is at a very low 1.6 months, indicating that we have a seller’s market on our hands.
The number of homes sold per month over the past year has remained pretty consistent, hovering right around two per month, though there has been a drop over the past three months.
The average sales price has been steadily rising over the past nine months, which could also bode well for sellers.
