Let’s check in with Northwood, where home sales have been averaging about two sold per month right around the $130,000 mark.
Inventory is relatively low at 2.3 months, indicating a seller’s market. There are only five homes on the market here, and the stats in Northwood are looking similar to other neighborhoods in Alachua—inventory low, home sales steady and not a whole lot of fluctuation in the price per square foot.
Alachua and Gainesville as a whole have started to see a dip in overall inventory, certainly indicating a shift toward a seller’s market across the board.
