The Jacksonville-based restaurant, Maple Street Biscuit Company, will be expanding and opening a new location in Gainesville in Butler Plaza. The restaurant offers modern southern comfort food, with a menu consisting primarily of a variety of delicious biscuit sandwiches.

There is a demand for new breakfast options, and Maple Street will help to satisfy it. The restaurant was featured on Food Network’s “Guilty Pleasures” and has been included on several “best of” lists.
