Tons of fun lined up this weekend

gville festivalThis weekend is chock full of events for Gainesville and the surrounding areas. With a fantastic weather forecast and so much happening, there should be plenty of people out experiencing everything this Fall weekend has to offer.

Included in the lineup is the 1890’s Festival in the small town of McIntosh, with art, entertainment, food and plenty of history.

The Fall Book Sale, Florida Bat Festival and Pride Parade and Festival will also be taking place.

Don’t miss out on the Drool & Ghoul Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest and Pool Party organized by the city of Gainesville Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs department.

Also included in the lineup is a breast cancer walk, the Evinston Plein Air Paintout, a Prairie bus tour and Spook-fest.

Ocala will be hosting the Ocala Pumpkin Run and Ocala Arts Festival.
