Blues Creek is a great neighborhood with plenty of community amenities. With only five homes on the market and inventory at 3.2 months, the market here is favoring sellers a bit.
Even better for sellers, the average seller discount has been steadily declining over the past year.
Home sales have remained pretty consistent, as has the average price per square foot.
All in all, a stable market and worth a look!
