Let’s check in with Wellington, where the market is really looking good for sellers.
Inventory is at a low 1.3 months, with only two homes currently on the market.
There has been an increase in the average price per square foot over the last three months, and the average sales price has seen an even bigger jump.
Furthermore, the seller discount has dropped about a percentage point recently, as well.
All is looking good for the sellers!
