Food tour comes to town

Gainesville Food Tour has come to town, and it’s offering up a chance to learn the local history and experience the city through food.

Ryan Earls and Caroline Chance Earls have travelled the world and have been on many a food tour, and looked forward to the opportunity to bring a similar experience to Gainesville visitors and residents alike.

Tours are offered to 12 guests, and include visits to five local restaurants focused on downtown, where participants get to try the local fare and learn a bit of history about the restaurant and the town.

The second tour will be on September 27, with more dates planned in October.
