Haile Plantation is Gainesville’s largest planned community, where in the past year alone, well over one hundred homes were listed and sold.
While there are currently 49 homes on the market giving buyers plenty to choose from, the 3.9 months of inventory indicates that we have a seller’s market on our hands.
The number of homes sold per month in the past three months averaged 17 , which is up significantly from the 12.4 homes sold per month over the past year.
Furthermore, there has been a slight uptick recently in the average sales price and price per square foot, both of which are positive trends for sellers.
Even though the stats reveal more of a seller’s market than a buyer’s market, given the sheer volume of homes in this neighborhood, there is certainly no lack of inventory for buyers.
