Town of Tioga is a beauty, with its custom spacious homes and plenty of green space. People must be taking notice, as the number of homes sold per month is on the rise, with three homes per month selling over the last three months.
While the market here is fairly balanced, the uptick in sales and 7.7 months of inventory may suggest a slight shift towards becoming a buyer’s market.
