Let’s check in with Kenwood, which features large homes on at least one-acre lots.
The market here is pretty stable with not much fluctuation over the past year, however we are looking at a buyer’s market.
With six homes on the market, and an average of not even one home selling per month over the past year, inventory is at 14.4 months. Typically more than six months of inventory is considered a buyer’s market, and that is definitely what we have here.
