Millhopper Station market updateIt's been a nice-n-steady past 12 months in Millhopper Station.  Between 1 & 2 homes have sold per month and prices have been stable.  

Not only that, but over the past 6 months, sellers have only come about 2% off their prices.

Gainesville as a whole is firmly in "seller's market" status with only around 5 months of housing supply.  Millhopper Station isn't too far off, with just over 6 months of inventory.

Millhopper Station is also right in line with NW Gainesville's average price per square foot.  Over the past year, the average home in Millhopper Station has sold for $107/sqft, which slighly outpaces the region overall:
